Established in February 2026, AADEO Foundation is a registered Section 8 non-profit organization dedicated to building sustainable community models.

At AADEO Foundation, we believe that sustainable social change is achieved by empowering individuals and giving them the tools of self-reliance. Headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana, we implement grassroots initiatives across Delhi NCR, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.

Our core intervention philosophy centers around systemic development rather than short-term relief, ensuring that each program produces long-term, measurable outcomes that uplift families out of multi-dimensional poverty.

With over 30 years of experience as a senior government administrative official, Mrs. Maheshwari Devi brings a lifetime of policy planning and governance expertise. Her leadership directs AADEO’s compliance policies and ensures that our grassroots campaigns align with public systems to deliver maximum scalability.

A career advocate for administrative governance and public service, Mrs. Basanti Devi leads AADEO's executive board. Her experience managing community welfare directives within public sectors governs the execution of our free mobile health camps and environmental restoration projects.

Social Campaigner & Administrator

An energetic social reformer and legal expert, Mr. Amritansh Shukla leads our active field programs. He coordinates our Faridabad Skill Support center, oversees rural outreach teams, and drives partnerships with CSR organizations to expand impact pipelines.
